EBCAP’s Community Dental Programs are bringing preventive and restorative dental care to children at their schools and daycare centers. The agency operates two Community Dental Programs – East Bay Smiles (pre-school through high school) and The Molar Express (up to age 21).

The programs are managed by East Bay Dental Center, a division of East Bay Community Action Program – insurance is billed, free for patients without insurance.
